Silicius is a peaceful monk of Entrana. The monks are always in need of vials.
Location
[edit]Entrana, in the room with the glassmaking supplies.
Services
[edit]Blow glass vials while standing in his room and he automatically hands them to you as bank notes. Because notes stack, a whole inventory of molten glass can be worked in a single trip.
