Silicius is a peaceful monk of Entrana. The monks are always in need of vials.
Location
Entrana, in the room with the glassmaking supplies.
Services
Blow glass vials while standing in his room and he automatically hands them to you as bank notes. Because notes stack, a whole inventory of molten glass can be worked in a single trip.
