The Dwarven Smithy is a master of metals who works the dwarves' lava forge.
Location
Beside the lava forge and lava anvil, in the lava cavern beneath the Dwarven Mine.
Services
He explains how dragon weapons are melted down into dragon bars: a dragon sword gives one bar and a dragon axe gives two. A dragon medium helmet or dragon dagger also gives one. The forge and anvil themselves can only be used after completing Dwarf Youth Rescue, at level 90 Smithing.
