Creation
Use an enchanted primordial power gem on a dragon axe (empty socket) with a hammer and chisel in your inventory. This needs level 70 Slayer and the matching gem unlock, and cannot fail.
Uses
Thurvar in Barbarian Village can remove the gem for 3 redberry pies if you bring Thurvar's enchanted hammer and Thurvar's enchanted chisel. The gem is returned undamaged along with the empty socketed weapon.
