Item sources
[edit]Bought from Dominus, the boss master who roams Rimmington, for 125,000 coins. To qualify, your personal best kill time for Valkor must be 165 seconds or less (solo kills only). The three tiers are independent, so you do not need a lower cape to buy a higher one. Type ::bosses to check your times.
Uses
[edit]While worn, it takes 75% off the cost of a private Valkor instance, which is normally 200,000 coins. It has no effect on other bosses.
All four master capes are handed in to Dominus to make the champion boss cape.
