Uses
Use an energy on the gem to enchant it into an enchanted elder sonic gem. This requires level 60 Slayer, the Elder gems (500 points) unlock from a slayer master and 500 nascent energy, 250 prime energy, 100 elder energy, and gives 3,750 Slayer experience.
An unenchanted gem can instead be sold to any slayer master for 375 Slayer experience.
