Uses
Use an energy on the gem to enchant it into an enchanted primordial power gem. This requires level 70 Slayer, the Primordial gems (1,500 points) unlock from a slayer master and 750 nascent energy, 300 prime energy, 150 elder energy, 10 primordial energy, and gives 4,375 Slayer experience.
An unenchanted gem can instead be sold to any slayer master for 437.5 Slayer experience.
