The crown of foliage is an enchanted crown worn in the head slot. When clipping herbs with the Gathering skill, it has a 10% chance to give three herbs instead of one. This stacks with the Gathering cape. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.

Creation
Cast Enchant level-5 jewellery (level 68 Magic) on a dragonstone crown and choose Crown of foliage.
Notes
It holds up to 2,000 charges and does not shatter. Low level herbs use 3 charges per activation, ranarr, irit and avantoe use 6, and kwuarm, cadantine and dwarf weed use 9. A newly enchanted crown starts empty – use it on Brother Jered at the monastery west of Edgeville, who charges it for 125,000 coins. He will only recharge it when it is completely empty.
