The air talisman is the key to the air altar, where rune stones are bound into air runes. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Creation
Use an air rune on an uncharged talisman. This needs level 1 Runecraft, uses 10 air runes and gives 20 Runecraft experience. The Duke of Lumbridge also hands you an air talisman at the start of the Rune Mysteries quest, and Sedridor returns it when the quest is complete.
Uses
- Locate tells you which direction the air altar's mysterious ruins lie in.
- With the talisman in your inventory you can enter the ruins and bind rune stones at the altar inside. Binding air runes needs level 1 Runecraft and gives 25 experience per rune stone. You make 2 runes per stone at level 11, one more every 11 levels, up to 10 at level 99.
- Cast Curse on it to make a cursed air talisman, or Enfeeble to make an enfeebled air talisman.
The Rune Mysteries quest must be complete before a talisman can be used.
