The mind talisman is the key to the mind altar, where rune stones are bound into mind runes. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Creation
Use a mind rune on an uncharged talisman. This needs level 2 Runecraft, uses 10 mind runes and gives 22.5 Runecraft experience.
Uses
- Locate tells you which direction the mind altar's mysterious ruins lie in.
- With the talisman in your inventory you can enter the ruins and bind rune stones at the altar inside. Binding mind runes needs level 1 Runecraft and gives 27.5 experience per rune stone. You make an extra rune per stone every 14 levels (14, 28, 42 ...), up to 8 at level 98.
- Cast Curse on it to make a cursed mind talisman, or Enfeeble to make an enfeebled mind talisman.
The Rune Mysteries quest must be complete before a talisman can be used.
