The lifesap codex is a deciphered book that teaches the Life Sap prayer. Unlike the sealed codex, it can be traded. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Creation
Helenor, outside Valkor's cave, deciphers a sealed lifesap codex for 1,000,000 coins.
Uses
Reading the codex uses it up and permanently unlocks the Life Sap prayer. Life Sap requires level 52 Prayer and heals you for 20% of the damage you deal, with melee, ranged or magic. Hits of less than 5 heal nothing. If you already know the prayer the codex is not used up.
