The crown of decay is an enchanted crown worn in the head slot. When a monster you kill would drop bones, it has a chance to destroy them and give you the Prayer experience for burying them: 80% for bones, bat bones and big bones, and 50% for dragon bones and elder big bones. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.

Creation
Cast Enchant level-5 jewellery (level 68 Magic) on a dragonstone crown and choose Crown of decay.
Notes
It holds up to 2,000 charges and does not shatter. Ordinary bones use 1 charge and dragon or elder bones use 5. A newly enchanted crown starts empty – use it on the Spirit of Scorpius, who charges it for 125,000 coins. He will only recharge it when it is completely empty.
