The sealed lifesap codex is a sealed book dropped by Valkor. It does nothing until it has been deciphered, and is untradeable. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Item sources
A rare drop from Valkor. The chance improves when he is fought in a group, and a ring of wealth adds a small separate roll – see Valkor's drop rates. The drop is announced to the whole server.
| Source | Level | Quantity | Rarity | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Valkor | 245 | 1 | Rare (1/128) | Solo rate; improves in a group – see Valkor |
Uses
Take it to Helenor, the scholar trapped outside Valkor's cave, and choose to talk about the codex. For 1,000,000 coins the codex is deciphered into a lifesap codex.
