An uncharged talisman is a blank talisman waiting to be attuned to an element. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Creation
Use a chisel on a rune stone. There is no level requirement and each one gives 25 Crafting experience. It is untradeable.
Uses
Use a rune on it to imbue it into that element's talisman. This uses 10 runes and needs the Runecraft level of that altar. Air, mind, water, earth, fire, body, cosmic, chaos and nature talismans can be made this way.
