Item sources
[edit]Bought from Achetties (Outside the Heroes' Guild) for 99,000 coins once you have level 99 Strength. The cape is untradeable, and a replacement can be bought for the same price.
Uses
[edit]Melee hits of at least half your max hit have a 35% chance to become a critical hit, adding a further 20% of your max hit.
