Item sources
[edit]Bought from Head chef (Cooks' Guild, Varrock) for 99,000 coins once you have level 99 Cooking. The cape is untradeable, and a replacement can be bought for the same price.
Uses
[edit]Food cooks 30% faster. Lets you enter the Cooks' Guild without a chef's hat.
