Herblaw

Herblaw in Revival RSC adds a full tier of new potions above the originals, new ingredients to make them from, and the Gathering skill as a way to collect your own herbs.

This page covers what is new or different in Revival RSC. Everything else about the skill works as it did in the original RuneScape Classic.

New potions

All of these need the Druidic Ritual quest, as usual. Every potion has 3 doses.

Potions that are made from another potion need the full 3-dose version. At level 99 the super potions give +19, the ultra potions +22 and the extreme combat potion +31.

New ingredients

Use a pestle and mortar on an item to grind it.

Ingredient	How to get it	Used in
Fish oil	Grind any fish. Bigger fish give more oil, and raw fish give more than cooked.	Runecraft potions (10 each)
Ground red dragon scale	Grind a red dragon scale, which respawns on the ground around the red dragons in the Wilderness.	Ultra attack potion
Ground demon horn	Grind a demon horn, dropped by demons – most commonly the burnt imp.	Ultra strength potion
Soul rune dust	Grind a soul rune. Also dropped by Valkor.	Ultra magic potion
Half coconut	Use a machette on a coconut (68 Gathering).	Super ranging and super magic potions
Sliced dragonfruit	Use a knife on a dragonfruit (81 Gathering).	Potion of Saradomin
Wine of saradomin	Ferment grapes of Saradomin at level 70 Cooking.	Magic potion

Gathering your own herbs

Herb spots around the world can be clipped with herb clippers using the Gathering skill, from guam at level 9 to dwarf weed at level 79. Limpwurt roots, snape grass and seaweed can be clipped too. The magic herb clippers, from the Impress the guests quest, have a 65% chance to find a better herb.

Herblaw cape	15% chance to keep the herb or the secondary ingredient when mixing a potion.
Herb bag	Stores up to 50 of each herb in one inventory slot.
Crown of the artisan	20% chance to double the experience from making a potion.
Crown of foliage	10% chance to triple the herbs from clipping a herb spot.

Mixing potions repeats automatically until you run out of ingredients.
