The chaos talisman is the key to the chaos altar, where rune stones are bound into chaos runes. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Creation
[edit]Use a chaos rune on an uncharged talisman. This needs level 35 Runecraft, uses 10 chaos runes and gives 37.5 Runecraft experience.
Uses
[edit]- Locate tells you which direction the chaos altar's mysterious ruins lie in.
- With the talisman in your inventory you can enter the ruins and bind rune stones at the altar inside. Binding chaos runes needs level 35 Runecraft and gives 42.5 experience per rune stone. You make 2 runes per stone from level 74.
- Cast Curse on it to make a cursed chaos talisman, or Enfeeble to make an enfeebled chaos talisman.
The Rune Mysteries quest must be complete before a talisman can be used.
