The blood talisman is the key to the blood altar, where rune stones are bound into blood runes. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Creation
[edit]The blood talisman cannot currently be made: it is not one of the talismans that can be imbued from an uncharged talisman, and nothing in the game drops or sells it.
Uses
[edit]- Locate tells you which direction the blood altar's mysterious ruins lie in.
- With the talisman in your inventory you can enter the ruins and bind rune stones at the altar inside. Binding blood runes needs level 77 Runecraft and gives 118.75 experience per rune stone.
- Cast Curse on it to make a cursed blood talisman, or Enfeeble to make an enfeebled blood talisman.
The Rune Mysteries quest must be complete before a talisman can be used.
