The '''lifesap codex''' is a deciphered book that teaches the '''Life Sap''' prayer. Unlike the sealed codex, it can be traded. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.

== Creation ==
Helenor, outside [[Valkor]]'s cave, deciphers a [[sealed lifesap codex]] for 1,000,000 coins.

== Uses ==
Reading the codex uses it up and permanently unlocks the '''Life Sap''' prayer. Life Sap requires level '''52 Prayer''' and heals you for 20% of the damage you deal, with melee, ranged or magic. Hits of less than 5 heal nothing. If you already know the prayer the codex is not used up.
