Elder big bones provide the highest Prayer experience currently available in the game. They are guaranteed drops from both [[Elder ice giant]]s and [[Elder moss giant]]s. On occasion, multiple bones may be dropped at once, with a maximum of four from an Elder ice giant and three from an Elder moss giant.

These bones are affected by the effects of the [[Crown of decay]] where each bone automatically buried through the crown will deplete the crown by 5 charges.
