== Talismans ==
A talisman is the key to one altar. Right-click '''Locate''' on a talisman to be told which direction its ruins lie in, then simply enter the ruins with the talisman in your inventory.

Your first air talisman comes from Rune Mysteries. Every other talisman is made:
# Use a chisel on a rune stone to make an [[uncharged talisman]]. This gives 25 Crafting experience and has no level requirement.
# Use '''10 runes''' of the element you want on the uncharged talisman. You need the Runecraft level of that altar.

So to make your first mind talisman you need 10 mind runes from elsewhere – after that, the altar keeps you supplied.
